[Qgis-developer] advanced printing branch 2

Marco,

The source builds well on my OS X system. I have not put it through  
its paces, but it looks good so far. I still have the problem with  
unusual scaling of pattern fills for vector polygons that I recently  
reported. Attached is a screenshot of that problem.
