[Qgis-developer] Plugin Installer

Hi Tim,

no, I'm talking about the "old" plugin installer and mapserver export plugin 
too. I have them built in /python/plugins but not enabled in qgis (nor I can 
see them in the plugin manager window). I think jef is working on it.
