[Qgis-developer] mapserver export plugin

Hi,

i'd like to know what the status of the mapserver export plugin is? Is
it in active development? I am working at the moment with the plugin
shipped with qgis 0.10 and i would like to contribute to this plugin.
What would be the best way to do this?
