R: [Qgis-developer] Qwt widgets in Qgis

Hi all,

Qwt in windows package is only an accidental inclusion. It will be removed
in the next release.

So there are two possibilities - compile also Qwt+PyQwt with MinGW or don't
include it in QGIS package, I'm in favour of the latter. You can file a bug
regarding this so it won't get forgotten.
