Another functionality affected - cannot open GRASS mapset in PL locale:

Cannot read current region: is invalid
line 16: <e-w resol3: 3.9998834>

(We use comma for dec. delimiter in Poland, too.)

Moreover QGIS locks this mapset even though it cannot open it.
