[Qgis-developer] Mac Xcode config changes

I have the default PYTHON_FORM set as 'fw', which means the python.org
framework, because I don't know if there is a setting with build
system (so I can set PYTHON_FORM dynamically). It's probably there
somewhere, I just need to look harder.
You need to set the PYTHON_FORM to system to use the Leopard Python.
No need to hack the source.
