[Qgis-developer] QGIS Setup.exe for offline install

Dear QGIS-devs,

I would like to install several Win32-computer with a current
windows-version of QGIS, but, no Internet is available.

IS there still a standalone Windows-package available? I only found the
osgeo4w-packages[1].

Another option would be to take a copy of the whole osgeo4w-tree and
copy that locally to install from there (which is only a workaround
though).

TIA for any pointers
