[Qgis-developer] License question

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 
License is compatible with the GPL? I'm trying to put together 
documentation for the eVis plugin in the new manual, and there is a 
comprehensive manual on the Evis website, released under the CCASA 3.0 
license. Can I use the material posted here?
