I've posted a tutorial about how to use Eclipse's PyDev to debug python
scripts using Qt4 and QGIS.
I'm sorry if it's in portuguese, but my blog's main audience is my brazilian
friends.

Anyway, the screenshots says everything one needs to configure it so that
eclipse uses osgeo4w python and imports qgis and pyqt4.
