[Qgis-developer] PyQgis error with QGIS 1.0

Hi list

I just tryied the osgeo4w installer to install qgis and python qgis
great job !

I get a strange python error at startup 
can't load PyQgis, so it disables plugin manager and python console, and of
course all the python plugins

May it come from my python path ? (see screenshot )
Do i need to install other deps from OSgeo4w ?
How can i solve this problem ?
