Ack, something's very wrong.  You say you installed on OSX Leopard?   
Those are the wrong library versions for the system.  Somehow the  
Tiger GDAL was installed by the installer.


PS.  The system version answers the question of backward compatibility  
in the library major version.  So, if built with my GEOS with  
compatibility version 4.0.0, then loading the all-in-one libgeos with  
version 6.2.0, that part should work.  We're just left with the broken  
libqgis_core and libqgis_gui version number in the all-in-one.
