Recompiling itself qgis shouldn't change a thing.  qgis doesn't know anything
about qwt.  The upgrade was probably enough.

Hm, doesn't even seem to be a (generic) debian problem.  profiletool loads fine
using a build of r11106 on unstable/amd64.
