[Qgis-developer] qgis 1.0.0 mingw release

i did 3 attempts, but none of them has worked.

1. directly installed to win xp professional service pack 3 and gives
following error:

qgis.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because QtCore4.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

2. as virtual os with virtual box. guest: win xp sp3, host: win vista home
premium sp1

clean operation system. qgis not installed previously, but the same error.

3. directly in win vista home premium sp1

the same error.

i had some free time. :-)
