[Qgis-developer] New plugin: CopyPasta

After hearing someone talk about copying map extents to the clipboard
on #qgis the other day, I figured I'd make a plugin to do it. Of
course it expanded to doing a bit more, like copying the project file
path and the current map layers info. It's called 'CopyPasta', it
should be in my repo now, and the docs are here:

Note it is barely tested - please file bug reps, suggestions etc to
google code: http://code.google.com/p/bsrplugins/
