[Qgis-developer] PostGIS manager: missing primary key

Hi all (especially Martin ;)).
I am testing PostGIS manager, and I found a few issues:
- add varchar to data types (not only varchar(n))
- the view built by the versioning command does not work, because it misses a primary key. Running
all the commands (create view, triggers, functions) shown in the PostGIS command window produces a
valid table, so apparently PostGIS manager tells you one thing, and does something different (?),
stripping timestamps (which may be correct) *and* id_hist (which does not appear correct).
Looks an easy fix.
Otherwise, the plugin is amazing! Thanks a lot for this.
All the best.
