[Qgis-developer] gdal tools on win version?

Hi!

Are the gdal tools supposed to work
with the standalone 1.3.0 ?
(first  in the list
http://www.qgis.org/en/download/current-software.html)

I'm having problems and want to make sure that it makes sense testing
on that release.
