Tim,

The plugin i wrote have very peoples use them. It´s simple plugin but
help interpret satellite images for user proprietary software.

This year i change for all GIS tools to free software, but, not simple
change, not change only software, change relation with tecnology
information, where,
the user go to pass the consumer to collaborator.

When i want collaborate to Qgis, i need hear community, what is better
for all, in this point, you showed the most principle, to be free.

First time i think make plugins for QGis "Synchronized Google Earth" , i
could, i used Python binding COM with GoogleEarth, but,
i think about no users Windows, this job don´t have usefulness, i
aborted this idea. When other peaple make plugin for Google Earth, i
think could be the good continue job, i put this idea for community.

At now i think use QtWebKit Module, them, i can show other database
images and synchronized with QGis, this is other history, i need study
more about this.

Thank´s Tim for your message.

Luiz
