[Qgis-developer] Scattergram with compiled qwt5.2.0

Plugin scattergram requires python-qwt5.
As the available binaries of python-qwt5-qt3 5.1.0 for ubuntu jaunty
cannot be installed because rely on python < 2.6,
I've compiled PyQwt v5.2.0 according to:
http://pyqwt.sourceforge.net/doc5/installation.html

Nevertheless, the plugin installer still complains that
"this plugin requires a missing module (Qt5)"

Any idea on what to do?
