[Qgis-developer] Suggestions: Save Project Prop., default directories, folder for shp files

Hi!

Three suggestions:

1. It would be useful being able to save the settings
in Project Properties as default for the next
time Project Properties have to be set.

2. Also, across all qgis and plugins, opening by
default the last directory would be useful (or at least
being able to set that behavior as default option in
Options)

3. Finally, some tools create a folder for the set of files
of a shp layer. I think this is useful ans should be
done in all cases.
