[SPAM] [Qgis-developer] cannot include port numbers in the url
for python plugins?

Ok, everything installs well, but I assume it's only because you've masked it
with the instance not requiring port number.
It is likely that the installer ignores the port number - I'll check it
tonight and try to fix.
