[Qgis-developer] ESRI Resource Maps on QGIS

hey all,

ESRI announced the other day, a group of basemaps that you can connect to
and use for free.

For the most part these maps have sufficient details and data for some
users. They also have a multitude of ways to connect to the maps as
outlined below

Can these links be used in QGIS and if not, would there be a plan to do so?
