[Qgis-developer] ESRI Resource Maps on QGIS

Hi Ahmed,

From the licensing summary:
"ArcGIS Online has many services available at no cost to currently licensed
ArcGIS customers (i.e., ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Explorer, ArcGIS Server and
ArcGIS Web Mapping API users) for internal use or for non-commercial external
use."

Not one standard API seems to be supported. This means, that someone had to
write a plugin for the ArcGIS REST or SOAP API.

Regards
Pirmin
