[Qgis-developer] Plugin Reset

Hi everyone,
Is it possible to reset a plugin (reloading it's modules) from inside qgis?
It's the only feature necessary for a smooth development since eclipse's
pydev can debug plugins inside qgis.
What happens is that I debug the code but I have to reopen qgis and every
data I was working on for qgis to load the new plugin version and test
again.
Is it possible to reload it manually?
