The gui is working now. Thanks for your work on that today. Unfortunately, no ports are being picked up on OS X. This has always been a problem with the gps plugin, so there is a mutual issue for your new feature and that plugin.

There must be some qt code that works on all platforms because other qt-based projects reportedly work on multiple platforms, including OS X. Perhaps a solution can be found from this one:
