Correct, and I agree is curious. But I think it is good to be there, not to be overlooked, especially by EU public administration.

Need to hit that at http://www.osor.eu/projects/qgis (drop the s from
https otherwise it wants a password).

It's interesting in concept, am I correct in understanding that it's a
publicly funded sourceforge type cite for Open Source in public sector
use for Europe. Very curious, though I doubt many projects will rely on
it for their hosting needs.
