Fixed in 0.1.15

Both fixed in 0.1.15. If no geotagged photos are found - there is no
output shapefile created. Title of the main dialog fixed.

For folder selection plugin call standard open dialog. For shapefile
selection used special dialog with additional codepage selector. Same
dialog used by QGIS when you add an shapefile.

Fixed in 0.1.15, now default label in English

This is not a plugin issue. Point features with SVG markers are not
highlighted when they are selected.
