[Qgis-developer] editing nodes

after having all nodes red, if you click once on a node this become
selected (blue) (if you then press ctrl you can selected multiple
nodes). If you click once between two nodes the segment between the
nodes is select.

It also took to me a couple of days to get used when it was introduced.
Actually new qgis users found the node tool pretty good.
