Hi Marco

sorry for late responce. Now it compiles and works fine on Linux and
Windows. Thanks for this cool tool.

I found a minor issue with plugin. When it deactivated in Plugin manager
the button on toolbar don't deleted immediately. I need to restart QGIS
to remove button.
