[Qgis-developer] Reverse Changeset 13499

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to reverse https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/changeset/13499 ?

The reasoning behind the estimated metadata option is it only gets the table row count from the table statistics, regardless of any filters.
