[Qgis-developer] standard deviation modification for raster dialog

Hi all,

We've created a patch[1] sometime ago to make small modifications to
raster properties window. Now the button we suggested is added, but
icon is missing [2] and nothing works, patch is not applied either. What
was the purpose of these modifications instead of applying patch is not clear.
