Hi,
more notes.
I tested r13584 under ubuntu 10.04: in general it recognize shapes crs
that are in qgis db, but fails with shapes crs that are not in db. This
message is shown in the context ba
crs undefined - defaulting to default CRS
the same that appens under windows as described in ticket #2601
There are other shapes that r13584 fails to read right crs, like
http://www.igeo.pt/produtos/cadastro/caop/download/CAOP20090_Shapes/Cont_AAd_CAOP20090.zip
http://www2.apambiente.pt/atlas/dl/regista_dl.jsp?zona=continente&grupo=&tema=c_redehidro
with the same two shapes I don't have problems with r13569 under ubuntu
9.04
Under windows .qpj files are written in c:\ with xp, and are not written
at all under Seven, probably because it does not allow to write in c:\
cheers
