[Qgis-developer] Updating to psycopg2.4.2 ?

Hi,

I notice there is avaliable a new psycopg2.

Should be effort to update the osgeo4w package to this new version ?
Some QGIS plugins need psycopg2.

I see this new version has some enhancement with PG 9.0
as reported here.
