[Qgis-developer] Is Raster menu hardcoded?

Hi!
As not everybody has the possibility to run bash scripts .. I will take
a full run on master and commit it if you are ok with it ..

just give the language abbr. as argument (like
./scripts/update_ts_files_sh pl_PL)
