[Qgis-developer] Integrating OSSIM with QGIS

We are using QSetting within the QgisAppSettings class. I will take a look to see if we can use qgsoptions.

maybe I miss something in discussion but is this new
class (QgisAppSettings) is neccessary and why not use
QSettings for this? There is a qgsoptions.h/cpp files to
read and write QGIS setting
