Johan,

Problem solved by adding your repository:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/johanvdw/sagacvs/ubuntu lucid main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/johanvdw/sagacvs/ubuntu lucid main

Unfortunately, this does not entirely solve the problem of the saga
plugin in QGIS, but this is
another story.
