[Qgis-developer] Commit Freeze

Hi All

Just a quick note to say that I branched for the 1.7 release this
weekend and am busy working on the git migration. Currently there is a
commit freeze in place, so if you have changes, please hold on until I
repost here lifting the freeze. I will try to get the migration done
as quickly as possible.
