[Qgis-developer] Qgis standalone app, sip version and API problems under mac os x

mmmmh....if I don't copy the modules into Resources/python folder, plugins
or others doesn't run properly.

For example I'm using sqlalchemy, PIL and reportlab, and, if I don't copy
the module into Qgis, the plugin cannot be opened...And I test it on few
machines: mac mini, mac book pro, imac...
