[Qgis-developer] Mac Snow Leopard - QGIS Symbology

Just out of curiosity, how is the QGIS Symbology Changing crashing issue
coming along?

I just tested out Kyng's latest QGIS 1.7 r15814 for Snow Leopard (64bit
Intel Qt 4.7 Cocoa<http://www.kyngchaos.com/files/software/qgis/Qgis-r15814-snow.dmg>)
 [with all req. dep.]
and found the same hard crashing of QGIS when changing symbology of a
feature.

I noticed there is an Active Ticket on this issue
#3380<https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/3380>

Any hope for QGIS users on Mac in the near future?
