[Qgis-developer] Migration of QGIS contributed python plugin repository

Sometime within the next 12 hours I will be moving pyqgis.org to a new server. Along with this, the contributed repo that is used in the Python Plugin installer will move as well. 

The impacts should be minimal, *unless* you upload a plugin midway through the transition (before DNS has fully propagated). Fetching of the list of plugins within QGIS will not be impacted.

If you plan to upload a plugin today, you may want to wait or use the temporary URL of the new server:
http://new.pyqgis.org.
