I do have a similar problem now I think.

I added a new plugin both to hub.qgis.org and to the git there

http://hub.qgis.org/projects/xytools/

Everything went fine: adding a new project, initing git, uploading a key
following the instruction in the 'Repository'-tab:

  git init
  git add .
  git status
git commit -m 'Initializing xytools repository'
git remote add origin gitosis at qgis.org:xytools.git
  git push origin master

And I now see my initial commit:
http://hub.qgis.org/projects/xytools/repository

But after that, I'm not able to push to the repository anymore...

Like Martin I get asked for a pass-phrase I do not know...

Maybe a hint: if I look in the http://hub.qgis.org/my/public_keys, I see
that it ends on richard at zwam (machine name) instead of richard at duif.net ...

Maybe this part of the ssh session is useful?

$ssh -v gitosis at qgis.org
