Hi,
hat is your version of spatialite/QgIS.
The error message just say that the python code can't find the function
"VirtualSpatialIndex" .
I guess this is because you are using SpatiaLite <3 ... with a DB created
with SpatiaLite v3, whith the new VirtualSpatialIndex feature ?
