[Qgis-developer] layer custom property does not change project status

Hi all,

I noticed that when a custom property is set on a layer, if nothing else 
changed in the project, you can quit QGIS without being asked to save 
the project.

This is very unlikely to happen, but still...with some plugins, it can...
