[Qgis-developer] New case study from the National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad, India

Dear Community,

I am pleased to announce a new case study, this time from India. It is
about QGIS training courses at the National Institute of Rural Development
(NIRD), Jaipur Centre, India. They are fully sponsored by NIRD and
participants only need to pay for their travel expenses. 

Author is Harish K Solanki. He is assistant professor at NIRD Jaipur centre,
coordinating GIS and Watershed related trainings.
