Yes this is definately the time for merritocracy - the people who are
going to do the work or fund the work can choose what will go into
2.0. It's pointless allowing the community at large to decide on a
list or priorities which no developer is prepared to implement. This
list should be more about providing guidance and ideas as to what the
community sees as important.
