[Qgis-developer] reading times shapes over network difference

Hi Richard,
I don't have a solution or explanation, but the Province of Vorarlberg
(which is migrating a lot of users to QGIS) has similar issues.
I don't know if they have a solution already or if they are
investigating with Sourcepole.
