[Qgis-developer] Problems with a WMS-T

Hi all

I am using the following WMS-T layer without problems in OpenLayers
using EPSG:900913:

url: http://geohub.jrc.ec.europa.eu/forest/effis/effis_core?
layer: layer:effis:stats_temp

First: is it possible to specify in the QGIS 'Add WMS' dialog the time
parameter?
I tried to append it to the layer name, but without results.

Second: it seems that for some reasons there is a malfunction, as the
dataset is cut in corrispondence of the Scandinavian penisula, like
you can see here:

Instead the layer is correctly rendered from other clients like
OpenLayers and ArcGIS Desktop:
