[Qgis-developer] problem building qgis_core under windows 7

Thanks Jurgen,

I decided for now to design and test our customized DigiFract_QGIS with 3D OpenCascade functionality under Ubuntu linux.
We foresaw some other challenges that are easier handled on a linux system.

Though, when having a chance to further debunk the compiling under windows-- I will give a look to the bison or flex setup...
... and report.
