[Qgis-developer] plugin bug and patch - RGB composition plugin broken in 1.7.4 and master

Also,  the "build virtual raster" tool does not work if a file has
sublayers (GDAL subdatasets), such as HDF4 or netcdf.

I have implemented a fix for this and submitted it as pull request
#101 (among other fixes)
