[Qgis-developer] HF budget

Hi all.
I'm preparing the HF budget. Please all participants let me know the approximate
amount requested.
Also, please local organizers let me know their budget, in order to consolidate it.
In particular, it will be important to know whether all local expenses will be
covered by local funds, if any surplus is expected, or if QGIS core funds are
necessary to cover some of the local expenses.
