[Qgis-developer] Slighlty different CRS dialogs

Dear dev.,

Working in "master" and noticed two slightly different versions of the
CRS selector dialog:

http://www.padido.eu/img/SR_2.png

SR_1 opens, for example, when you do a "save as" on a layer and intend
to change the CRS of the output.
